Just For Fun Reading Challenge 2011 is hosted by Dollycas's Thoughts
In January I have read The Evolution of Calpurnia Tate. Now for February, I chose Perfect Match by Jodi Picoult for this Just For Fun Reading Challenge.
From GoodreadsWhat does it mean to be a good mother?
How far would you go in the name of love -- and justice? In the course of her everyday work, career-driven assistant district attorney Nina Frost prosecutes child molesters and works determinedly to ensure that a legal system with too many loopholes keeps these criminals behind bars. But when her own five-year-old son, Nathaniel, is traumatized by a sexual assault, Nina and her husband, Caleb, a quiet and methodical stone mason, are shattered, ripped apart by an enraging sense of helplessness in the face of a futile justice system that Nina knows all too well. In a heartbeat, Nina's absolute truths and convictions are turned upside down, and she hurtles toward a plan to exact her own justice for her son -- no matter the consequence, whatever the sacrifice.
Jodi Picoult has written many books and the local publisher has brought some of them out. After My Sister Keeper, Perfect Match is the second book for me. I have not started it yet. But I hope I will enjoy reading it. I found various review and rate for this book.
The cover above is not the one that I have in my shelf. I got the Indonesian cover but the resolution is bad. I think I have to scan it myself.

Hope you have fun reading!!
I didn't love this book but it was ok. I do like Jodi Picoult, her newest SING YOU HOME was outstanding. Enjoy
For some reason, I never read Jodi Picoult .. not even "My Sister's Keeper" which I did have on my shelves until one of my daughters "borrowed" it, until I received a review copy of Sing You Home that released March 1. I loved it so much that I immediately wrote and posted my review, ignoring my review schedule. If all of her books stir emotions like this one, I have to get more. Definitely looking up THIS title. :)
